Refund Policy

MeMedia will make every effort to ensure your (online) business / website is kept operational during the period in which any software is installed. If problems occur MeMedia will either;

  • remove the sofware and provide a full refund; or
  • rectify the problem within an acceptable time period*.

MeMedia are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you;

  • change your mind; or
  • a third party developer effects the installed software; or
  • server environment changes (post installation) cause the software to become faulty 

However you may choose a refund or exchange if a product is:

  • incompatible with your software version and/or server at the time of installation;
  • is not able to be implemented within the expected 30 day timeline;
  • creates a security risk;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description;
  • does not do what MeMedia said it would and cannot be easily fixed within and acceptable time period*.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and MeMedia may discuss with you, a specific customisation for your store which would allow you to utilise the software, at an additional, negotiated, consultation fee.

Please keep proof of purchase - eg your receipt - for presentation when requesting any service and/or refund in relation to your 

Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card or paypal account from which the purchase was made.
